Ace DJ's & Social Entertainment teamed up with Aroundphilly.com & Edy's Ice Cream to throw an Ice Cream Block Party at Palumbo Playground in Philadelphia.
The party included a make-your-own-sundae bar and a face painter for the neighborhood bash.
